1. What we use

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It also loads no third-party fonts or scripts: everything is served from our own domain.

We only use technical browser storage to remember whether you have dismissed a temporary notice, such as the holiday banner. That information never leaves your device and cannot identify you.

2. Third-party content

The "Where we are" section embeds a map served by OpenStreetMap. Loading it allows that provider to record your IP address under its own policy. The map is only loaded in that section and on no other page.

Links to Google Maps and Instagram take you off this site; from that point their own policies apply.

3. How to switch it off

You can clear or block local storage in your browser settings. The site will keep working normally — the only difference is that notices you dismissed will show again.

4. Changes

If we ever add visitor measurement, we will describe it here and ask for your consent through a visible notice before switching anything on.
